I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with honors, from Texas A&M University in 2014, and I received my Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in 2016, as a Distinguished Graduate. In addition, I am a pre-clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (http://www.aamft.org). I also have worked as a group facilitator at the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas (https://cbcst.org) and as an instructor for Chrysalis Ministries (http://www.chrysmin.org).
My passion is working with children and families to promote healthy and happy individuals and relationships. In addition to private practice, I currently work part time as a school counselor in a private Archdiocesan High School. I work to help my clients enhance their own individual strengths, better their relationships with others, and enjoy the most out of everyday interactions and experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, gardening, catching up on my favorite TV shows, and traveling.
