I specialize in collaborating with individuals to address trauma, depression, anxiety, navigate life stressors, and improve self-esteem. I also work with couples and families to address relationship issues currently causing distress and improve communication going forward.
In addition to serving over 20 years as a human resources consultant, I have served time as a volunteer crisis counselor and worked in various roles within the nonprofit sector as a child and family advocate. My personal, educational, and professional experiences have taught me to embrace my passion for helping others evolve, grow, and succeed in all aspects of life by facilitating personal growth, self-actualization & empowerment, relationship enhancement, and improved communication pathways.
When I am not spending time collaborating on life’s journey with my clients, I spend time with my husband and my dog at the beach! I have three adult children whom I enjoy reveling in the fruits of their labor and watching them thrive. I enjoy working out, meditating, yoga and trying new things just to say I did it.
