Many of us reach moments in life when we feel called to something different — something more. For me, that calling is counseling.

I spent over 15 years working alongside physicians and specialists in pharmaceutical and medical device sales. While I valued that work, the most meaningful part was always connecting with patients: listening to their stories, understanding their struggles, and celebrating their steps toward healing. My own life experiences, with all their ups and downs, have deepened my desire to walk with others through their challenges.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with the goal of supporting individuals, couples, and families in building stronger, healthier relationships. My clinical interests include working with couples and families through a culturally sensitive, systemic approach that honors each person’s unique story. I am especially passionate about helping couples navigate betrayal and infidelity, guiding them toward a path of honesty, care, and hope.

My training emphasizes a strengths-based and relational approach to therapy, while my healthcare career taught me the importance of building trust through empathy and integrity. For those who wish to explore spirituality in their healing journey, I also bring my Christian faith into my work—while always creating space for each client’s personal values and beliefs. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they pursue lives of connection, resilience, and growth.

Outside of my professional work, my greatest joy comes from my family. My husband and I are blessed with two wonderful daughters who keep us active and inspired. As a family, we volunteer with the Mini Schnauzer Rescue of Houston and often foster pups in our home. We also enjoy spending time outdoors and hosting backyard barbecues with family and friends.
