I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-Associate) in San Antonio, Texas. I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary in 2022. I also earned a Master of Divinity from Baylor’s Truett Seminary in 2020. At Baylor, I was honored to serve as a chaplain to students providing care to those beginning their journey as undergraduate students. Prior to my time in graduate school, I spent 15 years in Corporate America as an information technology project manager after receiving my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
Throughout my professional career spanning over 20 years, my priority has been partnering with clients to meet their goals and objectives. As mental health provider, it is my passion to see clients made whole by cultivating a supportive and caring environment. My experience extends to those with symptoms of complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational discord, and substance use challenges. I work with families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing a variety of counseling techniques focused on healing the past to facilitate a brighter future. In addition, I enjoy engaging clients in discussions of faith and working with the BIPOC community on racial trauma recovery.
My husband and I recently relocated to San Antonio with our precious daughter and have since added two fur babies to the family. When I’m not meeting with clients I enjoy being with my family, hosting friends at our home, traveling, cooking and volunteering at our local church.
