I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, with honors, from Texas Christian University in 2014, and I received my Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in 2016, as a Distinguished Graduate.
I have a passion working with children and families to help them become the best individuals and families they can be! In addition to private practice, I have experience working as a school counselor for children in PK4 – 12th grade at private Archdiocesan schools. I have also worked as a group facilitator and intern counselor at the WARM Place, a grief center in Fort Worth, TX. My goal is to help my clients enhance individual strengths, strengthen family relationships, and enjoy the most out of everyday interactions and experiences. I have experience working with children and families on issues including, but not limited to: divorce, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, death/loss, and social skill development.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, family, and friends. I love to spend time outdoors, reading, trying different types of food, and catching up on my favorite TV shows.
