I have experience working with clients that want to address issues like anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, infidelity, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and trauma. I have been in the field for over 6 years.
I use a variation of therapeutic skills including Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Emotionally Focused Individual therapy. I have also received training in Discernment Counseling for Couples and New Ways for Families. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work with couples. Being bilingual I am able to provide therapy services in both English and Spanish.
I have been married to my husband since 2006, and we have three amazing kids that keep us pretty busy. In my free time I’m content with a good book & coffee, catching up on tv shows, and fitting in a workout routine.
