My name is Yasmin De La Rosa, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (supervised by Kristy Dean, LMFT-S #4795). I earned my Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2010 and have spent the past 15 years working in children’s shelter settings, where I’ve had the privilege of serving in many different roles. I also bring experience working with court-mandated families involved with CPS, supporting them through some of life’s most difficult transitions.

While much of my background has been focused on working with teens, I have also had the opportunity to work with couples and families, helping them strengthen their relationships and navigate challenges together. My therapeutic approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems, and I also offer faith-based counseling upon request.

As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I am passionate about creating a safe, empowering space where clients feel truly heard and supported. My goal is always to meet each person where they are, offering compassion, respect, and guidance as they work toward healing and growth.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active through workouts, spending time outdoors, reading, and relaxing with my dog.
